A Customer Filmed Rat Eating Customer's Food At self Service London Fish And Chip Buffet Shop In Saudi Arabia

A popular restaurant selling British-style fish and chips has been forced to close after a customer spotted a huge rat in the self-service buffet.
The popular London Fish and Chip restaurant in Jeddah in western Saudi Arabia was just about to open when a woman spotted the rat tucking into the food.
She grabbed her mobile phone and took a video of it while it continued to feast on the self-service deli.
It did not appear to be bothered by the woman's presence and continued nibbling for a long period of time
 
She then posted the images online where they quickly went viral, prompting Saudi health authorities to move in and shut down the famous fast food restaurant.
The film was then republished in local media, which claimed the woman was planning to have a meal at the restaurant when she spotted it.
 
A Saudi Arabia health service official said: 'Authorities decided to shut down the restaurant after seeing the film.
'Inspectors also found other health offences, including poor levels of cleanliness.'
The video footage also shows the name of the restaurant, the London Fish and Chip Restaurant, with its logo: 'Have your say.'
Mohammad Al-Bugami, spokesman of the municipality, said that the restaurant located inside the upmarket Aziz Mall, in Jeddah had been closed down after confirming what was seen in the clip.
