Yinusa Dahiru, the alleged abductor of 14 -year old Ese Oruru, was on Tuesday arraigned before the Federal High Court sitting in Yenagoa,Bayelsa state.
He was arraigned on a five-count charge of abduction, illicit sex ,unlawful canal knowledge among others.
Dahiru was said to have abducted the minor in August last year from Bayelsa State and taken her to Kano State.
Ese was reportedly forced into marriage and converted to Islam, a development that forced national outrage
